Orders & Shipping

For Canada Post shipments:

All orders must be received by Dec. 10th at 11PM EST.

For Purolator shipments:

All orders must be received by Dec. 17th at 11PM EST.

It typically takes 1-2 business days for an order to ship. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped. If you need further assistance, please email us at hello@wearfoehn.com

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items. Remember, North American shipping is free!

You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service at hello@wearfoehn.com. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.

Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for 3rd party retailers. To see our full policy, click here.

We are currently not set up for exchanges.

For all North American customers, we have created a return portal to make our returns process free and as seamless as possible.

Please use the return portal to create your free return label and drop the package off at your local USPS or Canada Post location. Once received, we’ll be more than happy to issue a full refund for all the items we’ve received.

We will email you a refund notification once this has been processed. Once processed, please allow between 2-4 business days for the refund to reflect onto your original form of payment.

1. Ensure your product meets all our criteria.

2. Process your return through our return portal.

3. Print out your return label and apply it to your package.

4. Drop off your package at your local USPS or Canada Post location. 

Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

For international orders, we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties or additional fees that may apply to your order.

Sorry, we do not offer price matching or adjustments at this time.

Generally our products fit true to size, if you want you product to fit slimmer or looser, we would recommend sizing up or down accordingly.

International Orders

Yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart and select “Begin Checkout.” In the “Shipping address” section, select the “Country” drop-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then you can go ahead and place an order. If your country is not included, then unfortunately, we don’t ship to you.

We recommend using a carrier that will provide you a returns tracking #. Upon checking the receipt date of the package, please allow 2-4 business days for processing of the return.
